We allow return policy within 30 days if you receive goods that is damaged or faulty. Please specify your own reason by email if you want to return the goods back.

If you have been granted to return your goods, you just need to:
1.Contact us within 30 days to request for address after you made the purchase at flyo-sports.com.
2.Repackage your order, please remember to include the proof of your purchasing and other accessories.
3.Go to your local post office and get your package shipped. Please remember to ask for the shipping receipt.
4.Email us the copy of the shipping receipt and we will refund your order only after we receive your return parcel.
